Interesting thing about this coupon is that there's no required purchase even mentioned! Take your child out for a "special day"...
My scenario on the cheap (<$20):
As a mother of MANY children, it's expensive to take them out as a group... So here's my thought. 1 weekend morning, preferably Saturday... Take child to Bob Evans (I have coffee) for their free meal. Then off to the AMC Theatre for their $5 AMCinema movies. Use coupon for free popcorn with soda purchase. Follow up by heading to Library - something the children have fallen in love with doing since being forced against their will to read this summer.
