From what I understand, only 1 e-coupon can apply per item, even if you have e-coupons for the same thing at different sites.
But as for the salsa e-coupon that didn't apply, go to shortcuts and fill out their dispute form. I had a credit on my account in minutes, and it actually credited twice!

Went to Krogers tonight and could not find the Chiquita Bites,where were they in your Krogers?
I found them in the cold case that contains the bagged salads. They're tiny little packets
